We
are so excited for Addyson MacDonald and Wyatt Callison who will be
travelling to Winnipeg to compete at the National level in Robotics
through Skills Nova Scotia. Good Luck to you both in Winnipeg. We are so
proud of you both!
On Thursday last week our students in Running Club had a presentation with Kids Run Club Coordinator, Leah Jabbour and Laurie Currie. They learned about proper running warm ups, how to keep a good pace, and different games. They also got to go home with the new bright orange Kids Run Club bags. Bonus, Leah told us we were the first school to get our bags!
This is also a reminder post to please write in your child’s agenda every week if they will be staying for running club.
Ms.
Currie's class learned about the importance of keeping our earth clean
in celebration of Earth Day. The students picked up trash around the
school yard on Friday afternoon.
Ms. Currie's Grade Primary to 3 class have been learning about seeds and how they germinate. In these photos the students have placed their seeds in plastic bags to watch the germination process. Great Job Everyone!
